Homer, I would maybe think the opposite. Maybe the general financial system issues and US/China relations are the slowdown. But I highly doubt the CCP is impeding progress in deals to secure access to vaccine options. And I wouldn't think the amount of $ involved is anything that would raise many eyebrows.
