Uplist before EUA, IMO 50/50, but tha'ts because I want to uplist now probably.
Nader spoke of uplisting months ago before share price dove to $3.00
Does NASDAQ approval committee merely look at numbers being met to satisfy a pathway to uplist, or do their "opinions" have effect???
