Good Lord, do people have short memories or what?
The RegA filing was supposed to raise $2.5M for launching SafeVchat, which presumably includes advertising, it was clearly stated. Why are people crying now that there's no advertising, when there should be plenty of money for it?
Because the filing also explicitly stated that management has "wide discretion" in how the money is spent.
