Does anyone think Joe is waiting until Feb 5 for CC because he wants to announce a date for beginning for Phase III trials? ... I suspect they are a little behind schedule due to holidays and initial money issues. My understanding is they have to announce the results of Phase I/II ... maybe they will be ready by then?
