My turn for a need post: does anyone know if the OLE is available now to someone who might meet s/c at OHSU (which was one of the s/c sites)?

Which would be faster in about a week,say: doing that, or going for an EIND?

We have a family friend, a man in his 60s who is getting worse, and we live in Portland.
