Based on RO data in HIV 700mg has a substantial RO. I believe what havaus78 is saying is that because we are treating those in the severe/critical, some of them will be improving on LL, but pass anyway due to being so advanced.

RO could prove a causality, that may encourage investigation into treating earlier.

We saw this in the EIND, the patients that didnt make it appeared to be responding, it was just too late.
