I would add (from my non-medically trained mind), that RO is vital in HIV in order to bring the viral load as low as possible.

I would suspect it would also be very important in reducing/eliminating cancer metastasis.

In covid, however Vyrologix main MOA is to restore the immune function. I would expect that this does not require nearly as high of a RO.

I do think that as CTMedic states (and Dr. Patterson has suggested), that the RO may aid in optimizing treatment. However it is certainly not necessary at this stage.
