October 2019 custodianship was granted to JNC Ventures.. Colorado.
Revived in October 2019.
1000 to 1 RS.... 2019
Prior to RS...pps was .0035
2021.....PPS is at $3 ... (setting up...or set up now)
NO ASSETS..
NO CAPITAL..
NO REVENUES..
NO TRADE STOP SIGN ATTACHED..
NO FILINGS HAVE BEEN MADE SINCE OCT. 2019
NO ONE KNOWS WHO JNC VENTURES IS?
IS JNC VENTUEES THE NEW OWNER?
OR IS THERE A NEW SHELL OWNER?
WHO HAS BEEN BUYING GESI WITH A STOP SIGN ON IT?
WHY HAVE NO FILINGS BEEN MADE SINCE 2019?
As a long term shareholder I have many questions in regards to what the hell is going on with GESI...and why no FORWARD PROGRESS HAS BEEN ACHIEVED..
I expect to see some activity of a positive kind very soon.....or maybe inquiries are needed with officials who can find out some information that the company...or custodian...or owner are neglecting to provide to shareholders and potential shareholders.
Shoals thinks....and says....." it's about time to become transparent....or shit and get off the pot so someone else who might have a clue take this shell over and do some OTC things with it that's beneficial to US LONG TERM SHAREHOLDERS!!!"
