The percentage you own of NGIO would stay the same if there was a RS. I think the argument you are trying to make is that Joe promised us 2 NGIO shares per 5 GNBT shares back in the day, and in that way a RS would be misleading at best.

But really, whichever decision is made, either our NGIO shares will be more valuable no RS, or our GNBT shares would be more valuable with a RS. The two are linked and it'll end up being, more or less, a wash.
