Agreed, the NGIO preferred would come after the IPO of common. And probably after the shares have stabilized and the company is known to the world.
As far as GNBT preferred, wasn’t that the one of 3 S1s that hasn’t seen an EFFECT yet? Maybe it has tacit approval, as Joe implied w the NGIO S1s, and he can “choose a date”.
