Thanks for playing along. I don’t pretend to have “the answer” on the numbers, as we clearly don’t possess all of the information. My main point is that, even with the “worst case” that seemed to come with the lower-than-expected valuation, there seems to be a path forward.
I am assuming that further short-term developments in vaccine testing (or revelation of items we haven’t seen), investors’ willingness to take on some level of risk, Joe’s marketing skills, etc will, combined with some quantity of share reduction, create enough demand to make the IPO a smart move forward.
There seemed to be a giant ‘sigh’ on the board when the valuation came out. I, however see this as the gateway forward. I’m as excited and positive as I’ve been for quite a while, and I’m looking forward to a great few months!
