The goal is to get NGIO on the Nasdaq.
IMO, now that a valuation is completed, I don't see Joe further delaying that listing to get a valuation updated - we have a number (though it may be lower than hoped) - it's time to run with it.
I expect any decisions in regard to getting NGIO to a Nasdaq ready share count (and a $4+ PPS) to be based only on the $500,000,000 valuation. Anything else that gets accomplished between here and there by NGIO is great incentive for investors to drive up the price once it is on the Nasdaq.
