Well, they have at 'least a 500 million dollar valuation', so that's a start right now. Does it go up from now until Feb 5th? I'd hope so, but even then, Joe left that door open to bottom is 500 million and it can be 525 / 550 / 575? The main point he did make was whatever it was, it was enough to get them on NASDAQ with how they were going to do it.

So, they already have some sort of plan to do it.
