magnoliarose, if you have never had any crawfish you don't know what you are missing. You have to like spicy foods, but they are good. They are just coming into season and will run through June before their shells get hard. Purge the sack with salt water, wash the sack in an ice chest, cut up a bag of potatoes, a bag of onions, 1/2 lb of garlic, 5lbs of corn on the cob, add in the salt and crab boil, get the pot boiling real good and put that sack of crawfish in and boil them, let it soak for about 30 minutes and watch out. I think I will boil a sack when I get home in 2 weeks.
