this is an interesting question ....
Will Joe cancel a large chunk of the 360 million shares that Gnbt owns (as I think he said previously) or a reverse split, like 1 new share for every 3 owned? or maybe both? At present, it cannot go public with over 400 million shares ... unless the third party's share price of 500 million is increased by subsequent news ....
