No. i think 40 days for the 10Q filing. 40 days is tomorrow.
the link i posted says small companies with less than $75 million market cap, or maybe market float, can take 45 days.
but CYDY seems to fit the "large acclerated filer" or whatever was, and they only get 40 days.
all of cydy's other quarterly 10Qs going back two years are filed on like day 38, day 39 or day 40.
