This happens everyday, some trades that occur just before close, are not "posted" or "registered" until a couple of minutes after market close. I saw those trades, one was posted at 4:04 a trade of 706,400 shares for $5.10 and a trade of 12,000 shares for $5.08.

It says nasdaq but it also posts OTC stocks....

When this was first discovered months ago on the yahoo CYDY board, everybody got excited thinking CYDY has uplisted onto the NASDAQ,
