How tight is this "over $500M" analysis"? Is it $501M, $550M, $600M, $400M? Given our history of disappointments, I don't know what to make of this statement. Is Joe finally UPOD, or slightly exaggerating? At least we have a place to start and, as always, we have more questions than answers.
