Whatever the case with the valuation being low, it's a jumping off point that gives us a path to an IPO. Even if my analysis is as good as Joe can get (hopefully was very conservative based on what Joe knows is coming shortly), this blows our current SP out of the water.

Get the NGIO NAZ IPO at any # of shares, and we are "off the schneid" as Chris Berman would say.

That said, I just added 10k shares.
