If Joe is out of other options, I think he has to move forward. But maybe he can sell the higher valuation off of this $500MM base. Maybe there are people who see this as a $1B+ company that will pay enough to come out of the gate with 200-300MM shares.
Whatever the case, we have a jumping off point, and we can move forward. Nothing good is going to come by waiting much longer.
Also, if Joe is keeping 60%, it tempers the initial hit of the valuation quite a bit. If Joe can see a path to NGIO trading at $20, $50, or more /sh or more (with this lowered share count) a year from now, he still has 90MM shares and a hell of an asset on the books.
