I have often wondered if that was the plan they had in mind:
December's $7.5 million Fife Convert, other things equal, should have brought them positive. Remember the 10-Q is historical for November 30, 2020.
Do one more of those Converts for the January $7.5M Fife payment, and you should be, other things equal, well into NASDAQ positive shareholder equity territory.
