I'm with you on this one. Rushing to complete 10-Q to time uplisting prior to cd12 is the only logical conclusion.
I'm still unclear on this one though. What did NP mean when he said they could correct the shareholder equity requirement rather easily? If that was true, wouldn't it have been advantageous to do whatever he said they could do and report that in the 10-Q?
