I posed the question last week as to whether it would be worthwhile for GNBT/NGIO to pursue SPAC. I don't recall a response.

Yesterday I took my first venture in IPOE, a SPAC that is helping to bring SOFI public. The CEO's were on CNBC. It's hard to find a downside to this type of joint venture. The right SPAC adds instant credibility to the partner. I would like to hear from any of our finance guys on the board.
