Likely a little of both. Incelldx filed a patent for the CCR5/CCL5 treatment pathway before the paper was submitted for approval, likely upsetting NP and the rest of CYDY. The link to the patent is below. Similar patents were filed and approved for the CCR5 treatment pathway of cancer by Dr. Pestell and if I remember correctly, were part of the Prostagene deal.
