CYDY contested the ownership of the data in Dr. BP’s original paper, twice. I’ve seen proof of CYDY’s successful efforts to do so the first time. Dr. BP’s paper was eventually published, with all authors, including NP. CYDY’s goal appears to have been to delay Dr. BP’s paper until the release of papers by Dr. SMJ and others. Regardless, all the papers have been published from EIND patients and the data is promising.
