It WAS said in the U.S. Supreme Court establishing the principle that 'a clear and present danger' warranted a restriction of free speech.
So when the Cities were burning down Portland was taken over Police stations were burnt down taken over CNN and other Tard stations were saying when that was happening well they have been oppressed for 400 years
That's not a clear and present danger' being projected to the people doing it
