(one thing I'd take exception to is his claim that the private sector ended Jim Crow...I'd suggest that the Civil Rights Act, Brown vs Board of Ed...the Supreme Court and Congress played just as large part, forcing change upon people in the private sector who really didn't want to change).

And I question how much big business (not his businesses, not his father in law's) really wants to include everyone. If they did, they wouldn't have outsourced and offshored and "right-to-work"ed everything for the past 30 years. If he can swing them around by showing them that it's in their best interest to reconsider their anti-worker policies, then More Power To Him. He certainly has their ear.
