I hear ya, but say 23.8%, plus Md is 5.8%..then property tax, sales tax on food, gas, phone bill, plane tickets, just doesn’t end... it adds up, just sayin’, it is what it is.
This PPS could/probably see triple digits if it all comes together, sooner the better.. best of luck and be good!
