Question from the peanut gallery: Does the FDA have that kind of discretion?? Can they move the power threshold up and down at will? Depending on the sponsor? Same question for p value?? That kind of FDA prerogative seems odd for an outfit that demands that thresholds be met and touts statistics as their bible.
