Not saying that is how it should be, however I don't believe we ever saw another 8K on the $2.65M when it was finally rec'd a month and a half later than we all thought.
Remember the Form 10s that were submitted and became effective 60 days later automatically. Joe was upset will all of us questioning the SEC responses, however he said the Form 10 became effective after 60 days even though they were still responding to the SEC. This is probably similar in that the 8K said the money would be rec'd by 12/31/2020, so therefore it should have been rec'd without further notification.
That being said, a PR noting the receipt of the $5M from China would be great clarification for investors.
