Ok here is all i have, The manager at bioRemedies got back to me right away after he said he had to check on a few things (In my opinion,I think that is real good customer service).
When I asked if they had anything new to tell me, the manager responded that everything is on track. I tried to press him a little further on clinical trials and whether or not they were done, and he once again responded that everything is on track. My impression is that he was trying to convey that we were ready to roll, but he did not want to come right out and say that. He did seem up-beat and excited, but I could not get anything more out of him. I think they may be getting ready to launch their new products but just didn't want to tip their hand too early in case problems or issues developed. The only thing I can say for certain is that he did seem up-beat and excited about whatever was about to unfold. Once again, he did tell me we would have a happy new year.
