Buildit, that is a very good point. However since the deal was announced and they had a delay, they were obligated to put out the 8K to update. They said it should be rec'd by 12/31/2020, so that means come that date, if they did not get the funds, they would have to issue another 8K telling of the delay. However absent of another 8K, we are to assume that the $5M was rec'd by 12/31/2020 since the 8K said it would be completed by then.
