It is illegal to release false documents and to put false information in a company's pink sheet filings.

The Series E shares issued to WSRA in 2009 to fund the 2 JVs to develop two mines back then are questionable. One document, the JV Agreement

states 40,000,000 shares. GDSM's filings all say 60,000,000 shares. AND GDSM continues to use the 60M figure in their filings. Seems to be a problem of a difference of 20,000,000 shares! SEC going to love that BS.
