I simply cannot believe there is any human on this planet who would let CD12 run after the interim if the interim analysis showed 50% mortality reduction. I just cannot believe that. But very likely I don't have a clue
So I don't think the interim hit 50%.
Another reason I don't think the interim hit 50% is because the DSMC was making noises about 42 day endpoints. The DSMC would only make that noise if they thought the efficacy needed an improvement. if 50% at interim, the DSMC has no need to make any noises about 42 day endpoints.
