This is what I just read on Investopedia: The regular bid price of the company's stock AT THE TIME OF LISTING must be at least $4.00. However, a company may qualify under a closing price of $3.00 or $2.00 if the company meets varying regulations. But it plainly states the bid price must be at least $4.00 at the time of listing. Does that mean we must be at $4.00 on the OTC, then uplist to Nasdaq? Sure sounds that way to me-correct me if I am wrong-probably am.
