Applying to nasdaq requires meeting many requirements. It is my expectation that application happened months ago. Once approved a date is set. Once it is announced the stock is halted while the price is set based on what they think it is worth. So based on all that bull that I believe, we should close one day in pennies then open the next time in dollars.
