Are hospitals now currently losing approximately 30 percent of patients with severe or critical Covid?
If that is the number, yes. That would mean that 117 could have died, but only 87 did so far. But we don't have the full 28 day data yet. I guess in a few days.
Still, it seems very hopeful, but I am not a statistician or even a math person.
