Anyone wish to take a stab at this???
When the IND was approved on 21 December, was the recommended dosage quantity most likely agreed upon
after the company received the PRE-IND response on 2nd Nov from the FDA??
If so, then dosing quantity per treatment should have been worked on in November and finalized in drug form in December.
So what is the hold up???
