I think you are reaching for straws. Since there is no value for NGIO, and may not be by the end of January, there is no way to determine the number of shares needed to be issued for $6M in stock compensation. I'm sorry to say, it is most likely GNBT stock, but hopefully after a pop in January so less shares get issued. Then, I believe, since most of the employees work for both companies, you will see an NGIO stock compensation to them separate from the $6M. All IMHO.
