If von Hofe breaks the code and bails out the "past" our current business card could still be a problem for future deals!! If NGIO is ever listed and enhances GNBT value the planned GNBT compensation will suck up the pps increase and we may never get Nasdaq. The 5mil China deal (IP sharing) is peanuts and it shows the distressed situation of the company.
