Actually it's 7 days, but hey.... 
They did say the last week of December they would get the 5 million. So, all last week, plus this week. Point is, they could have put out a PR as they have done so in the past.
And as TC stated, it made no sense putting out that info for the last week of December and not delivering on it and we come into this week ho hum. It probably would have been better to make that announcement this week to start off the new year on a great note going forward.
