rjs, it wasn't about the 8k, we know that takes time. But they could have made an announcement that they received it. an 8k could have followed after. They have done that before.
The point is they make these type of announcements and then time goes by and time goes by and time goes by. That's just a fact. You can say it's a few days, but it's a pattern that they do. Back on 12/21 they stated they were getting money from China, then last week, they restated they were getting money from China.
Ok, so this week, are we going to keep hearing they are getting money from China? Fine, we wait for the 8-k. Good, but a PR stating they received the money while they get the 8-K ready would go a long way as well as providing further updates as well.
The point is, they state over and over things and we still keep waiting for updates.
It does get old.
