I checked with the SEC, turns out I had to complete an application online to file the form through Edgar. Takes a few days to get a number from them needed to use their system to file electronically. The app had to be notarized. Had my business office manager take care of that part.

Checked with Schwab, they will assist with the filing should I need help.
