Interesting tweet from Dr. BP. It's possible the cure (dexamethasone, prednisone, etc) could be one of the causes for the problem.

I think widespread steroid use during active COVID as well as depressed CD8% are causing viral persistence!

Interesting. I thought it was the other way around, that NAD+ deficiency was causing virus persistence (covid or reactivated ebv/herpes). In which case IVM etc. are the band aids
