I owned about 10% back in the day. Apparently, these required forms are up to the shareholder to file voluntarily.
My position in CRXM is what got me to thinking about this again. That is the company Generex/Olaregen bought Excellagen from and who Generex owes quite a bit of money. It would be super nice of Generex to pay that bill so my shares would be worth more, in theory.
