Not sure the full details of the delay, but the last PR stated the CPA was having difficulties accessing the company data due to the VPN issues.  This could be the CPA doing the audit, but it doesn't mention anything about the quarterlies being audited or the audit causing the delays.

We all need to know the direction of the company and thus the financials would be nice to have released.
