If we meet all the criteria, why not uplist? Would the NASDAQ want us to have some revenue before we uplist?
Institutional investors may still avoid us until we have at least 1 approval, but uplisting could bring in some bigger investors and a few institutional investors and that would also reduce the appeal some, for shorts. Webull and Robinhood could offer CYDY to their investors, we could be traded during pre market and after hours. We would have some protection from massive short attacks with NASDAQ's alarm system to halt trading during extreme share price drops.
And the EUA from the FDA is going to require more patience/waiting and on-going dealing with shorting our stock.
Jan 16 unblinding, then preparation of Top LIne Report, then apply for EUA and then wait for the FDA to approve and issue the EUA.
