Exactly. Incentives are there to entice you to do your best, but to “pad” your numbers that cost the owners money, or possibly talent if they got hurt, can be a real issue. Luckily it worked out for Wilson and Moore, but I think the owners should make an example and have Wilson pay the $100K out of his $35M/year pay.
