my 2cents - you want CD12 and EUA or BLA.
Without it you could just easily get killed on nasdaq and delist - making the next run so much harder. Get the basics right then go nasdaq. At the moment as a company we have great IP, and a rocky path to implementation which makes the "oh trust us we will work out how to make money" part harder to believe (not impossible - but harder.
