Does that sound like sequencing? GM-CSF goes up initially to create a rich pool of Ts, etc., then shuts off?
Alternative would be GM-CSF has to stay high to create ongoing stream of Ts, or the cytokine storm would "run out" of cells to move.
Were the Patterson data only leron-treated, which stopped trafficking and hence need for more T's?
Does the "lenzi stops push, leron stops pull" idea make sense?
Thanks for considering questions from a non-doc.
